Payments & billing

Simple. Transparent. Secure.

Eligible charges across our products are processed with Stripe—trusted infrastructure for cards, bank debits where enabled, invoices, and subscriptions—with receipts and descriptors you can recognize.

How it works

Three steps. Zero friction.

We scope

Discovery call

We align on scope, deliverables, and commercial terms. What you pay and when still follow the agreement and checkout for that product or engagement.

You receive invoice

Stripe invoice or checkout

When a charge applies, you complete payment through Stripe-hosted flows—invoice, payment link, or in-product checkout—so processing stays consistent and auditable.

We build

Work in motion

Once payment expectations are met per your agreement, delivery continues with the milestones and communication rhythm defined for that engagement.

Stripe across products

One processor, clear paper trail.

Products

Checkouts & subscriptions

Software and marketplace products bill eligible usage, seats, or bookings through Stripe where that product is configured to do so. Line items, tax, renewals, and cancellation rules are always shown in that product’s flow—not generalized here.

Services

Invoices & agreements

For separately scoped work, we may collect payment through Stripe Invoices or Stripe-linked payment links. Deposits, milestones, NET terms, or retainers apply only when written into that proposal or contract.

Statements

Descriptors & verification

Stripe may appear on card or bank statements when a charge is authorized on its network. The merchant descriptor or receipt usually references the product or Try Tech Monkey. For questions about a specific charge, use the support path for the product that originated it.

Accepted payments

What we typically enable via Stripe.

Credit & debit cards

Major card brands where Stripe Checkout and card payments are enabled for the product or invoice.

Bank debits & wires

ACH and other bank methods when offered for that region and flow; some customers may use wire or offline arrangements documented outside this page.

Invoicing & terms

Stripe Invoices and due dates as shown on the invoice; NET-style terms only when explicitly agreed for that customer and product.

Digital wallets

Wallet buttons such as Apple Pay or Google Pay where Stripe and the payer’s device support them for the given checkout.

Security

Enterprise-grade security.

PCI-DSS aligned

Card data is handled by Stripe according to its security program; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers for Stripe-processed flows.

TLS in transit

Stripe-hosted payment pages and modern product surfaces use HTTPS so payment details are encrypted in transit.

Confidentiality

NDAs and confidentiality terms apply when required for an engagement; ask your contact for the agreement that covers your work.
